When choosing a guest speaker, it is important to select one that is dynamic, entertaining and will help make your event memorable. CTI can offer the most popular authors, media personalities, medical experts, Nobel Prize Laureates, Olympians and other specialty speakers. CTI can often recommend actors and actresses that support certain causes and help our clients take advantage of authors' book tours.

For birthdays, events for family members and private party events, please fill this request sheet out in order for us to best help you quickly and present the event to the celebrity or celebrities you are interested in. Please complete the details in this questionnaire and email back to us at our main office. You will only have to do this once. These are questions the talent and their managers always ask us, to give availability and final pricing for you. If you do not know all the information, please just put down what you know at this time. Talent will want to stay at a major hotel and will not stay at a private party's home.

Celebrities do not donate their time and always will charge a fee to do any event, project, venue or celebrity appearance. Celebrities will always need the detailed information we ask for on this request form.
Note to all buyers: Major talent will not hold any dates if a buyer needs to find sponsors, raise funds or sell tickets before sending a confirmation deposit. Your organization must be able to wire a 10-20% confirmation deposit after the talent has been selected that you are interested in CTI confirming for you. Remember on all concerts and appearances the client is responsible to pay for all air and ground travel if needed, hotel, all technical needs and normal rider needs. On endorsements and personal appearances, all air and ground travel, hotel needs and security are the responsibility of you as the buyer, thank you. -CTI
