Eisenberg is based out of San Diego and has been a recipient of the Dr. Emanuel Fliegelman Humanitarian Award. Eisenberg earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University and went on to earn his doctoral degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He went on to serve a Fellowship in hematology and oncology at George University Hospital, at the Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center. Eisenberg’s studies include the clinical use of chemotherapy and he has published studies on Colorectal cancer and the use of a new chemotherapy technique for colon cancer patients. Eisenberg is also known for singing to his patients to help them feel better and has started Lyrical Life, an organization which writes songs for patients battling cancer. He has since gone on to write over 100 songs and has been featured on The Today Show for his work. Eisenberg has also founded Chemotopia, now known as Base Health, which is a social networking community for cancer patients. Eisenberg has also been co-founder of cCare, California’s largest medical oncology practice, and he has also been co-founder of Workup, Inc..
