Lara Spencer is an American television host and television producer who is best known for being a co-anchor for ABC’s Good Morning America and for being a correspondent for ABC News and Nightlight. Spencer was born in Garden City, New York, and she studied at Pennsylvania State University on an athletic scholarship where she was named an All American Athlete and went on to graduate with a degree in broadcast journalism. Spencer has been creator and executive producer of the game show “It’s Worth What” and has been author of the books “I Brake for Yard Sales” and “Flea Market Fabulous: Designing Gorgeous Rooms with Vintage Treasures.”.
