Andy Reid is an American football coach who is currently the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL. Reid was born in Los Angeles, California, and while growing up he played football at Glendale Community College and then at Brigham Youth University. After finishing college, Reid went on to work as a graduate assistant for BYU’s football coaching staff. He then went on to work as an offensive line coach for several colleges, which include San Francisco State, Northern Arizona, UTEP, and the University of Missouri. After working for the University of Missouri, Reid began working for the NFL as an offensive assistant for the Green Bay Packers where he helped lead the team to a Super Bowl win. While with the Packers, he moved up to assistant offensive line and tight ends coach and quarterbacks coach and assistant head coach. Reid has also been head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles before going on to be head coach for the Kansas City Chiefs. Most recently, Reid has helped the Chiefs to win the Super Bowl.
