Kevin Walter is an American former professional football wide receiver who has played in the NFL. Walter was born in Lake Forest, Illinois, and he began his career playing football in high school where he lettered three times, earned first-team all-state honors, was a first-team all-area, all-conference and All-Lake County selection. He went on to play college football at Eastern Michigan University where he set school records for receptions at 211 receiving yards at 2,838, and touchdown catches at 20. He also earned first-team All-MAC honors. Walter went on to be selected in the 7th round of the NFL Draft by the New York Giants but didn’t play in season with them and was then picked up by the Cincinnati Bengals. After a few seasons playing with the Bengals, Walter went on to play for the Houston Texans where he spent a majority of his professional career. After six years with the Texans, Walter went on to play one last season with the Tennessee Titans.
