Jason is a co-founder of the Detroit-based sports media organization Motor City Roundup and serves as a writer, reporter, producer, and play-by-play announcer in addition to those responsibilities. He has previously held positions at 106.7 WLLZ, the Detroit Free Press, the United Shore Professional Baseball League, Sports Illustrated and Detroit City FC.
Jason was chosen as one of the first winners of the national Black Play-by-Play Broadcaster Scholarship Fund while obtaining a BA in media communication from Lawrence Technological University.
