Originating from Louisiana, BeauSoleil encompasses the folk tunes of the Creole and Cajun people. With the release of their first album in 1977, BeauSoleil has become known as one of the best bands performing traditional and original music from the Creole sounds. As the band moves forward with their musical journey, they have begun incorporating elements from many other genres including jazz, calypso, rock and blues.
