Smash Mouth is an American rock band that consists of members Zach Goode, Sean Hurwitz, Paul De Lisle, Michael Klooster, and Randy Cooke. The band rose to prominence in the late ’90s after the release of their hit single “Walkin’ on the Sun”, a single that went on to reach ARIA certified platinum. Walkin’ on the Sun was featured on Smash Mouth’s debut studio album, “Fush Yu Mang” which peaked at number 19 on the US Billboard charts and reached RIAA two-time certified platinum, as well as MC, certified platinum. After the release of their debut album, Smash Mouth released their second album, “Astro Lounge”, which reached RIAA certified three-times platinum and MC certified platinum.
