CTI does more than Book Talent for our Clients!

We Help You Have A Financially Successful Event

Help on Celebrity Event Design
Review your ideas, past events, give experienced feedback on things that might work or might be risky, or hear from you what did not work and share the details on our past clients events. Some performers or speakers are better options for fundraisers like comedians or smaller acoustical performances, since there is limited technical production and travel and hotel costs and CTI has more options in this area, than any other agency.

Review Projected Financials
We have been told our CTI Event Performa is really helpful for our clients. It is a comprehensive Excel document reviewing costs, income potential and we have you fill this out and we will review and it is important to have on a public event for us to show talent, who needs to see your expenses, before they set their fee, but of course YOU need to plan and see all of your potential income and expenses in advance.

Talent Review
After review of your Performa, CTI will review hundreds of options on the talent that might work well for you, might be routed, might have product or extra media coming out to support sales and also look at past ticket prices and how many the performer sold.

Creating and Negotiating the Talent Contract
Including a meet and greet, asking for a visit to the medical center or facility. Meet and greets are an excellent way to generate more money by selling VIP access.

Review of Talent's Tech and Backstage Riders
We have reviewed technical riders and have owned a sound and lighting company in the past so know what the talent is asking for and needs or does not need. We will review and see if some things can be eliminated with talent that do not apply or we know you do not have to do and also explain things that must be done for a successful show. We usually can help scale down rider costs to save your organization money.

Venue Review for Sound, Lighting, Staging, AC Power and Backstage Area.
CTI will review all the venue details that the venue can provide in all the areas that effect talent and your show. We will review what the venue can and cannot provide and contact the venue and discuss all technical and also backstage needs and let you know what will help keep the costs down and what should be brought in to do a correct show.

Review of Public Ticket Sales
Talent asks for how many have been sold for a variety of reasons, we will stay in contact with the ticket box office on public sales and advise if are selling well as the act normally sells or better or worse so you know these things in advance and can adjust the event based on sales.

Assistance on Event Promotion from Talent.
On all our public events we ask for the talent for some type of media interview (TV or radio) to help prome the event and we ask for the talent to promote the event on social media. Or a PSA in support of the hospital or fundraising beneficary We have found this helps on ticket sales

Day of Show Assistance
Our staff will be onsite and available leading up to and on the day of your event ensuring flawless delivery of a dynamic performance and a successful event. CTI offers on site assistance with all of the talent needs including managing the sound checks, VIP Meet & Greets and Performance so the client can attend and enjoy their event and spend time with their sponsors. Whether we are the booking agent booking the talent or overseeing all aspects of the entertainment component of your event, our staff will seamlessly guide you from your initial inquiry to the completed performance.

Recap Meeting After the Event
CTI wants all of our clients to have a successful event and reach your fundraising goal. Somethings work will and somethings do not and we will be available to discuss these things and help after the event and hopefully help plan the next one with you!
