Danny Jones (lead vocals/guitar), Dougie Poynter (vocals/bass guitar), and Harry Judd are the members of the band that Tom Fletcher (lead vocals/guitar/piano) established. Tom Fletcher also plays the piano (drums). They have put out four studio albums and achieved number one with seven of their singles. Prior to establishing their own record label, Super Records, they were formerly signed to the Island Records label. Additionally, McFly holds the record for being the youngest band to have have an album launch at number one. Just My Luck was an adolescent comedy film starring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine, and it featured an appearance by McFly. The band members portrayed themselves in the movie, and they also came out with an album in the United States called Just My Luck, which was utilized as the music for the movie. On September 24, 2021, they released the single "Dragonball," which featured lyrics that made allusions to the manga and anime series of the same name from Japan. Although it did not make it onto the Official U.K. Top 100 Chart, "Dragonball" did make it onto the Official Singles Sales Chart Top 100, where it debuted at number 57 and reached its highest position at number 57. They finally published their rendition of "Walking in the Air" on December 2nd, 2021.
