Green began his career working as a disaster preparedness analyst for the City of Ontario. Over the years he worked his way up to Emergency Manager, Administrative Officer, all the way up to Assistant City Manager. From there, Green went on to work as Assistant City Manager for the City of San Juan Capistrano before working as CEO of his own company and also shortly working as a managing director of Interwest Consulting Group, Inc. Over the years, Green has worked in leadership where he has managed hundreds of employees and has also worked on budgeting money. As a motivational speaker, Green also shares his story of when he suffered a traumatic brain injury after he was attacking by a robber on a subway station.
