Foss has focused on helping to end mass incarceration during his time which is what led him to founding Prosecutor Impact, a non-profit that develops training for prosecutors to change their role in the criminal justice system. Foss has earned his B.S. in Developmental Biology and Embryology from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and he has earned his Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from Suffolk University Law School. Foss began his career as a paralegal for law offices before working for Suffolk County. Foss has also been founder of the SCDAO Reading Program, which elps to bridge the gap of achievement for elementary school students.
