Julia is also known for helping to create, build, and launch several different computer products and Internet and phone applications. He has previously earned his B.S. and M.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Universite Pierre et Marie Curie and went on to earn his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Ecole nationale superieure de Telecommunications.
