Rege-Jean Page is a Zimbabwean and English actor who is best known for playing Chicken George in the mini-series “Roots,” and most recently playing Simon Basset, Duke of Hastings in the Netflix original series “Bridgerton.” Page was born in London, England, and grew up in Harare, Zimbabwe, before moving back to London. After moving back to London, Page found his love for acting and began dancing, acting and singing while at Saturday school.
