Francis Esteban, better known as his stage name, Esta., is an up-and-coming DJ and producer from Temecula, California. Esta rose to fame after he joined the Los Angeles collective, Soulection. He gained the attention of Soulection after he was discovered by Andre Power and Joe Kay. This led him to perform at the world famous music festival, Coachella, and he also worked with the artist Ginuwine. Esta grew up in Los Angeles before moving to Temecula. While studying in high school, Esta began learning how to produce through FL Studio. He found he had a passion for producing almost immediately and while growing up, Esta had a love for all types of genre of music which included soul and R&B. When he first started pursuing music, Esta began working on old theme songs for television series which included the Rugrats. His music is usually remixes of popular songs or remixes of songs he felt didn’t get enough hype after it was released.
