Dardan Aliu, better known as his stage name Regard, or DJ Regard, is a Kosovo-Albanian DJ from Ferizaj, FR Yugoslavia, present Kosovo. Regard rose to fame after the release of his remix of Jay Sean’s single “Ride It,” which went viral through TikTok and has since earned international attention. Regard began his musical career with the release of his debut single “No One Like You” which featured Scarlett Quinn. It wasn’t another two years until Regard released another song and he followed it up with “Love Yourself” which also featured Scarlett Quinn. That year he went on to release several singles such as “You’re Mine,” “Dream,” and “Sun Goes Down.” The following year, Regard released his breakthrough single “Ride It,” which peaked in the charts of 10 different countries and earned ARIA five-time platinum, BPI two-time platinum, MC two-time platinum, and more. Regard has since followed up his popular singles with “Secrets,” which features Raye and has earned ARIA and BPI certified platinum.
