Circa Waves is an English indie-rock band from Liverpool, England, which consists of members Kieran Shudall, Sam Rourke, Colin Jones, and Joe Falconer. The band was formed after Rourke and former member Sian Plummer met while at Liverpool Sound City. The band went on to play secret shows in the UK before recording and uploading their debut album, “Young Chasers,” to Soundcloud. Their debut album went on to peak at number 10 on the UK charts and number 13 on the Scottish charts. Their debut album, Young Chasers, also featured singles which included “So Long,” “Stuck in My Teeth,” and “T-Shirt Weather,” the latter of which earned BPI certified gold. Two years after the release of their debut album, Circa Waves released their second album, “Different Creatures,” which peaked at number 11 on the UK Charts.
