Aisha "Pinky" Cole is an entrepreneur and restaurateur who specializes in plant-based substitutes and vegan dishes. Originally, Cole moved to Los Angeles to be an actor, then moved to New York to work in television production. Her passion was always making vegan food, so Aisha ended up starting restaurants in Harlem but closed them after an accidental grease fire.
