Dredg is an American rock band that’s been performing since 1993. After playing for about 20 years, they took a four year hiatus and have been back in the game, churning out good tunes that their fanbase adores. The band consists of Gavin Hayes, Drew Roulette, Mark Engles, and Dino Campanella. They all started playing music together when they were only in middle school. Before graduating from Los Gatos High School, Gavin and Drew joined the group and all four members remain to this day. In 1996, they released their debut “Conscious EP” and two years later, they dropped their debut studio album called “Leitmotif” under Woven Recordings. Their next album “El Cielo” was released under Interscope Records and it charted, hitting number 23 on the U.S. Heat chart. Their success only grew from there, with the 2005 album “Catch Without Arms” peaking at the number 1 spot on the U.S. Heat chart. Their next two albums (“The Pariah, the Parrot, the Delusion” and “Chuckles and Mr. Squeezy”) followed the same amount of success. Since 2019, the band has been working on yet another studio album that is set to be released in the 2022, after it was delayed because of the pandemic.
