The group issued their second official Sunshine Eyes on Kitsuné Records in April 2011, which was also featured on the compilation Kitsuné Maison 11. The song's remix by Jensen Sportag was also included in Kitsuné's Club Night mix. Sunshine Eyes has received a lot of airplay on Radio 1, when in May 2011 Zane Lowe designated the song as his "Next Hype." The BBC Introducing stage at the 2011 Radio 1 Big Weekend featured Polarsets as well. Polarsets provided support for Two Door Cinema Club in June 2011 in Portsmouth's Wedgewood Rooms.
The band's single Morning was made available on 7 Vinyl through Neon Gold Records in August 2011. Morning's digital release was handled by Moda, the record label run by Jaymo & Andy George, in September 2011. In addition to performing in several European cities, Polarsets also appeared at South by South West (SXSW) 2012 in Austin, Texas. In June of that year, the group released Exotica, their debut EP.
Carmen Ledda Green joined the group in 2014 and plays keyboards and sings. Parasols, their debut album, was released on September 22, 2014..
