He also provided consulting services to Fortress Investment Group LLC. Edwards supports initiatives to end poverty in the country, and he has argued in favor of issuing one million housing vouchers over a five-year period to help the impoverished find housing in middle-class areas. Edwards was the first presidential contender to refer to his campaign as carbon-neutral and he supported initiatives to slow down global warming..
