Jack is a producer, guitar collector and analog aficionado in addition to being a guitarist, songwriter and singer, or a "triple threat" as it is known in Nashville.
Jack, who was born in New York and raised in Georgia, started traveling to Gruhn Guitars in Nashville when he was a senior in high school to satiate his voracious curiosity in fretted instruments. Although he was a student at a New York university, he spent the most of his vacations and extended weekends in Music City working summers at Gruhn's, where he met and became friends with Vince Gill and other music stars.
Jack extended his network as an artist and session musician in both cities while keeping one foot in both. He graced The Bitter End and The Bluebird Cafe stages with equal charm and personality.
Jack has significantly expanded his list of accomplishments since graduating from NYU's Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music. He has toured with Vince Gill as both a guitar player and tech, produced records for numerous upcoming Nashville artists (recorded to tape, of course), released his first single to acclaim, performed at the Grand Ole Opry and delivered a series of "vanishing albums": full-length records only available for a week at a time each during specific events.
