Malevolence Booking Agency Profile

Book Malevolence for your next corporate event, function, or private party.
Malevolence is an English heavy metal band hailing from Sheffield, South Yorkshire. The band consists of guitarists Josh Baines and Konan Hall, Alex Taylor on vocals, Wilkie Robinson on bass, and Charlie Thorpe on drums. Baines and Hall, who attended primary school together, discovered their shared love for heavy metal music and began performing live at the age of twelve. In 2010, they officially formed Malevolence, with Taylor joining as vocalist, and released a demo the following year.

The band signed to Siege of Amida Records in June 2013 and released their debut album "Reign of Suffering" on 23 November 2013. Malevolence supported Obey the Brave on their European headline tour, along with Napoleon and Kublai Khan, from 3 April to 2 May 2014. They also supported Dying Fetus on their European headline tour with Goatwhore and Fallujah from 8 November to 20 December of the same year. The band went on to tour North America with Kublai Khan and Jesus Piece from 7 August to 16 September 2016.

Their second studio album, "Self Supremacy," was released on 19 May 2017 through Beatdown Hardwear Records. Malevolence opened for Despised Icon on their UK tour, along with Archspire and Vulvodynia, from 11 to 13 February 2018, and played at the Download Festival in June of the same year. They opened for Darkest Hour and Unearth's European co-headline tour with Misery Signals and Left Behind from 21 March to 1 May 2019, and opened for Knocked Loose on their UK headline tour, along with Renounced and Justice for the Damned, from 1 to 6 December of the same year.

In late 2019, Malevolence established their own record label, MLVLTD Music, and in January 2020, they played Invasion Festival in Sydney. They released the single "Keep Your Distance," featuring Bryan Garris of Knocked Loose, on 28 February 2020, along with a music video for their single "Remain Unbeaten" on 26 March of the same year. Both songs were included on their EP "The Other Side," which was released on 24 April..

Malevolence's current work schedule and location in relation to your event's type, date, budget, and locality will play a primary factor in the acceptance of booking Malevolence for your party. As long as your funding is commensurate with the price range to book Malevolence, CTI will propose your event to the official agency representing Malevolence. CTI can give you the accurate Malevolence booking price once we submit your event details to their camp. "How much does it cost to book Malevolence for an event?" is a frequent question we get. The final Malevolence booking price is contingent on many variables and the booking fee we may show is based on a range derived from our past experience with what will Malevolence charge for an event. An example fee to book Malevolence is in the starting range of $15,000-$24,999. However, any recent popularity change would cause a price fluctuation well beyond this example. Also, their speaking fee might be different than the fee shown for the cost to perform or to just appear. Popularity, career stage, along with current demand will cause fluctuations in their speaking price as well. The final booking price may be more than what is shown, but you should at least have a budget within that range for them to consider an appearance, performance or speaking engagement.
CTI negotiates on behalf of professional event planners and talent buyers for paid appearances! We cannot give out direct contact information of the Malevolence agent or help distribute fan mail, personal messages, gifts, requests for free appearances, or donations of time. The Malevolence manager and agent will only work with us if we present them with funded offers for their client to work your event.
There is low probability to book Malevolence for a party with anything substantially less than the published booking cost price range. We will negotiate with the Malevolence agent on your behalf if your funding is in place. By not having funding ready then it will more difficult to book Malevolence, because they get many offers to work events that are at or above asking price. It is also important to consider the travel costs when researching the Malevolence booking fee, as additional expenses like this, as well as an entourage of staff and equipment, are not necessarily built-in to the booking fee range shown. If your budget does not factor that in, then there is no benefit for them to want to be hired. We do not personally speak for Malevolence, but in our experience in booking talent for over 25 years, this is generally the outcome of inadequate funding.
