Sugar Pit Booking Agency Profile

Book Sugar Pit for your next corporate event, function, or private party.
Producer Kian Stevens-Winston, a multi-instrumentalist, is the grimy mind behind Sugar Pit. The loner composer works alone in his bedroom and is presently residing in Los Angeles. He is originally from a rural area of Illinois. Sugar Pit boldly combines raw, bizarre vocal performances and angular guitars into left-of-center rock songs, drawing inspiration from quirky post-punk and gritty garage rock.
When Stevens-Winston started releasing a flurry of pieces from his high school bedroom in Illinois, Sugar Pit was created. After gaining popularity on Soundcloud, he relocated to Philadelphia to study sound engineering at Drexel, found a home in the vibrant student house show scene and finally released his freak-pop style-defining EP "Defense Mechanism".
The next year, he drove by himself across the nation to bring the project to San Francisco, where he started writing his first full-length album and working hard to perfect his live performance in an unfamiliar city.
Sugar Pit has moved to Los Angeles and has already gotten started. The group has been touring nonstop since developing a new four-piece live band, including sold-out performances at Breakroom 86 and Madam Siam's. Sugar Pit will launch a string of songs with Why I Come Back Home after only releasing his most recent one, Sneaky Hands..

The final Sugar Pit booking price is contingent on many variables and the booking fee we may show is based on a range derived from our past experience with what will Sugar Pit charge for an event. An example fee to book Sugar Pit is in the starting range of $15,000-$24,999. However, any recent popularity change would cause a price fluctuation well beyond this example. Also, their speaking fee might be different than the fee shown for the cost to perform or to just appear. Popularity, career stage, along with current demand will cause fluctuations in their speaking price as well. The final booking price may be more than what is shown, but you should at least have a budget within that range for them to consider an appearance, performance or speaking engagement.
CTI negotiates on behalf of professional event planners and talent buyers for paid appearances! By not having funding ready then it will more difficult to book Sugar Pit, because they get many offers to work events that are at or above asking price. It is also important to consider the travel costs when researching the Sugar Pit booking fee, as additional expenses like this, as well as an entourage of staff and equipment, are not necessarily built-in to the booking fee range shown. If your budget does not factor that in, then there is no benefit for them to want to be hired. We do not personally speak for Sugar Pit, but in our experience in booking talent for over 25 years, this is generally the outcome of inadequate funding.
