Frans Zimmer, better known as his stage name Alle Farben, is a German DJ and producer from Kreuzberg, West Berlin. Farben originally wanted to pursue a career in art, but wasn’t admitted into university so he went on to begin working jobs which included working as a confectioner in a café in Berlin. During this time he also began working as a DJ in various nightclubs and bars in Berlin. A few years later, Farben performed for 30,000 people at the former Tempelhof Airport in Berlin which led him to gain local attention and led him to earn weekly shows all throughout Europe. A few years after that, Farben released his debut single, “She Moves (Far Away),” which features Graham Candy. The single peaked in the charts of seven different countries and earned BVMI certified platinum and IFPI SWI certified gold. That same year, Farben released his debut album, “Synesthesia – I Think in Colours,” which peaked at number 20 on the German charts. Some of Farben’s other popular songs include “Please Tell Rosie,” “Bad Ideas,” “Little Hollywood,” “Only Thing We Know,” “Fading,” and more. He has gone on to release two more albums, “Music Is My Best Friend,” and “Sticker on My Suitcase.”.
