Kadmiri was exposed to the punk/reggae movement and developed a love for both the people and the frantic Dub/Jungle Bass music. He started writing his own dark, catchy music, which is how Kumarion came to be. The Kumarion project makes use of a design and production approach that is strongly influenced by Kadmiri's North African/Middle Eastern origin. The snake and rose in the logo stand for the striking contradiction in his music and the broken stem represents the musical conflict between passion and sorrow.
