Jonathan Davis, James Shaffer, Reginald Arvizu, Ray Luzier, and Brian Welch make up the current lineup of the band. The group was first created as an L.A.P.D. expansion. They have worked with artists like Ice Cube, Tre Hardson from The Pharcyde, Chino Moreno of the Deftones, Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit, Skrillex, and Nas. In 1993, the group issued "Neidermeyer's Mind," their debut demo album. The same musicians who played on "Neidermeyer's Mind" were on Korn's debut album, which was released in 1994. "Life Is Peachy" was recorded by the band in April 1996, and it was released on October 15, 1996. Both the subsequent album, Issues in 1999, and "Follow the Leader," which peaked at number one on the Billboard 200 in 1998, are regarded as Korn's commercial breakthroughs. Both of the band's albums, "Untouchables," which was published on June 11, 2002, and "Take a Look in the Mirror," which was released on November 21, 2003, peaked in the top ten of the Billboard 200. Greatest Hits Vol. 1, their debut compilation album, reached at number four on the Billboard 200. The albums "See You on the Other Side" and "Untitled" by Korn were both released on December 6, 2005, and July 31, 2007, respectively. The group's ninth studio album, "Korn III: Remember Who You Are," was made available on July 13, 2010, via Roadrunner Records. 2011 saw the release of "The Path of Totality" on Roadrunner Records as well.
